How to check the agent's availability for automatic ticket assignment?

We will be replacing the older version of Freshdesk with the new Mint experience on January 31, 2019. All your data and configurations will remain intact. Switching back to the old Freshdesk will not be possible.

In the Dashboard, the option Available agents will show all the agents who are available for the Automatic ticket assignment. An Admin or a Supervisor can make an agent available / unavailable for ticket assignment using the toggle option
