Are Freshdesk (standalone version) and Freshdesk Omnichannel PCI compliant?

No. Only Freshdesk (standalone version) via the vault service is PCI compliant, whereas Freshdesk Omnichannel is not. Although Freshdesk isn’t intended to be used as a billing platform, cardholder data as per the PCI-DSS can be stored. The information is encrypted and is made available on-demand only to users who have the privilege to access the data.
