  1. I already use Team Huddle. How will the launch of Freshconnect affect me?
    Freshconnect will be replacing Team Huddle moving forward. However this release will be in phases. So you can continue using Team Huddle for now. However, if you want Freshconnect sooner, you can register here.

  2. What about my conversations in Team Huddle?
    Any conversations or chat history that you have in Team Huddle will be ported over to Freshconnect automatically without you having to do anything. Rest assured, you will not be losing any data.

  3. Is this GDPR compliant?
    If agents are deleted from Freshdesk, all account details and related data will be erased from Freshdesk servers as per GDPR compliance requirements. While we take every effort to delete all agent details from Freshconnect as well, some data may still continue to exist. Please contact support@freshconnect.io in case of any discrepancies and we will resolve them as soon as possible.

  4. How is Freshconnect better than Team Huddle?
    Team Huddle restricted agents to collaborate only within Freshdesk. With Freshconnect, agents will also be able to collaborate across organizations with third-party partners, with sales representatives from Freshsales and soon, across other Freshworks products as well. With Freshconnect, no matter which product you use in the Freshworks family, you will be able to converse with members from other teams, gain context about customers from other products and provide a better experience when supporting customers. 

  1. How many people can I add as collaborators?
    You can add up to 100 accounts as collaborators for free across all plans starting from Sprout. In case you wish to add more, please contact support@freshconnect.io

  2. Are there any requirements for me to use Freshconnect?
    Freshconnect is available only on the new Freshdesk Mint experience and you will need to have FreshID enabled to use Freshconnect. In case you are still using classic Freshdesk, we strongly urge you to move as soon as possible. 

  3. Do I have to pay for Freshconnect?

    Freshconnect is currently free to use upto 100 collaborators, internal or external. You can add them with their email IDs. If you wish to have more than 100 collaborators, please contact support@freshconnect.io
  4. How to remove Freshconnect?

          You can contact support@freshdesk.com to remove the Freshconnect feature.
