Some Freshdesk and Freshdesk Omni features may vary based on when you signed up. Use the steps below to quickly identify your signup date and Freshdesk Omni version. 

How to find your Freshdesk account signup date?

You can use our Freshdesk Signup Date Checker (Chrome Extension) to instantly view your account’s signup date.

1. Download the zip file (see below) to your device.
2. Open Google Chrome Extension page.
3. On the top left, click Load Unpacked.
4. Upload the extracted folder from zip file.
5. The extension will now appear on your Google Chrome toolbar.

To use the extension:

1. Log in to your Freshdesk account.
2. Click the Extension icon.
3. Enter your Freshdesk account domain name.
   If your account URL is "https://acme.freshdesk.com", your domain name is"acme".
4. Click Check Create Date.
   The extension will display your account signup date instantly.
